At Repair Xperts, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and replacement parts. We believe that getting your smartphone, iPad, tablet, or laptop repaired should come with complete peace of mind.
Every qualifying hardware repair completed at our Sydney locations (including Burwood and Tallawong) or via our mail-in and onsite services comes backed by our 6-Month Repair Warranty.
What Is Covered Under Our Warranty?
- We put to use OEM parts and we do not use original parts.
- All our repairs come with a 6 month- warranty period
- Repairing your gadget with us might void the warranty of your manufacturer.
- Screens of the devices are included under warranty till they are not physically damaged
- Water damage repair does not have any warranty.
- Software problems do not have any warranty.
- Refund is provided in exchange for spare parts and 20% labour charge will be deducted.
- Physical damage of the device will not be covered under warranty at any circumstances
